  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (within [your country])

  • Standard Shipping: 14-30 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 14-30  business days

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or customs processing.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected processing time, please contact us.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Rofeidot is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional costs to reship returned orders

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update your address—contact us immediately.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Rofeidot is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • For packages lost or damaged in transit, contact us so we can assist with filing a claim.
